'Tis the season to kick back and enjoy. This week I took time for kicking back with my oldest, dearest friends - the "ya-ya's". We've been close since high school (and some even before that in grammar school).
We've shared secrets, prom dresses, boyfriends, pajama parties, first apartments, weddings, good news, bad news, heartaches, travel and most recently, growing older. There were seven of us to start: one missed our recent date - and another is ill in Texas.
We make every effort to keep in touch and see each other at least once a year; we just pick up the conversation where we left off.......
This time we boarded the Saint Sacrement on Lake George for a two hour lake cruise, and then headed north for a late lunch at the Sagamore Hotel in Bolton Landing. What a gorgeous day!
